- Perform benefits investigation to identify patient’s insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expense
- Assistance with prior authorization and appeals
- Provide payer policy information
- Identify and triage prescription to specialty pharmacy covered by patient’s health plan
- VITRAKVI $0 Co-Pay Program for eligible, commercially insured patientsa
- Identify and refer appropriate patients to independent charitable foundations
- Refer eligible patients to the Bayer US Patient Assistance Foundation

Bayer in-network specialty pharmacies provide the following services to help patients navigate their VITRAKVI treatment journey
- A dedicated phone line provides patients taking VITRAKVI direct access to a nurse or pharmacist who can answer questions about treatment with VITRAKVI
- These specialists will also triage patients back to their treating oncologist as appropriate
- Regularly scheduled outbound calls to provide information about:
- VITRAKVI treatment
- Understanding dosing recommendations for adult and pediatric patients
- Signing up for optional text message refill reminders
- Verifying or facilitation enrollment in Access Services by Bayer for financial assistance options if eligible
